WSES PTA Fundraising
Every year, Woodland Springs Elementary and the PTA support several fundraising programs that help provide for specific teacher, facility, technology and other school needs. All fundraisers at Woodland Springs Elementary are optional, with no obligation for students or families to participate.
The Woodland Springs PTA is so excited to kick off our year with a brand-new fundraising opportunity! In the past, we have brought in an outside vendor to run our fundraisers, but unfortunately, a lot of the money we raised did not come back to the school. This year we would like to try something new where 100% of the money raised will go back to our school and fund amazing opportunities for student projects, teacher's classrooms, new programs and events for our school, t-shirts for every student and staff member and so much more.
Below, you will find further detailed instructions, what the prizes will be, and how we are planning on spending the money raised. You will also find a copy of the log sheet where you will record the donor's name and the method of payment used. We will accept cash, checks made out to WSES PTA, and a new online payment option (link provided below). All payments and log sheets with your envelopes will be due on Friday, September 29th by the end of the school day. The envelopes can be turned in to the teacher or the front office.
This fundraiser is optional, but we hope you choose to participate and have fun with this. Post it on your social media, fill out more than one calendar, and share it with friends and family. The possibilities are endless!
Those who turn in completed calendars will get to participate in turning our Principals into human sundaes!!
